H+K / KHS Delta VVF 70-18 Filler Glass filler Beer & Soft Drinks Item number: 1009 Capacity: up to 30.000 bph Manufacturer: H+K / KHS Made in: Complete overhauled in 2011/2012 Completely  overhauled H+K / KHS Filler Type: Delta B VVF 70 - 18 Running direction: left - right Number: 2699 Pitch: 95 mm The overhauling contains:   The machine was completely dismantled. All varnished parts were sand blasted and varnished in grey colour. This was done by original supplier of KHS Germany. Change of spindles against new spindles of stainless steel.   The main ball bearing was checked and is in a very good condition (see warranty).   All gears are overhauled. Overhauling of parts of worm shaft which are not in a good condition.   All other ball bearings are renewed. The air ring is checked with positive result.   Additional we will do: All wearing parts of lift cylinders and filling valves will be renewed.   The central pillar / distributor for beer and other media will be overhauled. Overhauled CIP centring bells belong to the machine too.   Renewed will be: Vacuum pump High pressure injection Bottle format parts for 330 ml + 500 ml Return air pipes Safety plastic cover sheets   The machine will be upgraded with a double pre-evacuation.       Electric: The electric is located in a stainless steel control cabinet and in good condition.
